Two effects of reducing power consumption: 'α-HT'
Expecting the effects of promoting refrigerant liquefaction and reducing flow resistance through the connection of "α-HT"!
We would like to introduce two effects of 'α-HT' that reduce power consumption by alleviating the load on the compressor. When gas mixes with the refrigerant during liquefaction, the heat exchange rate decreases, which increases the load on the compressor inside the air conditioning unit, resulting in higher power consumption. By connecting 'α-HT', the stirring capability of the refrigerant promotes liquefaction, which reduces the load on the compressor and subsequently decreases power consumption. Additionally, the liquefied refrigerant from the compressor generates pulsations, which can induce instability in the expansion valve. 'α-HT' suppresses these pulsations, ensuring stable pressure. 【Features】 ■ Refrigerant liquefaction promotion effect + flow resistance reduction effect ■ Reduced power consumption ■ Flow resistance in piping minimized to nearly zero ■ Significant reduction in compression power *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
